Your data stays on your device

Life OS stores all personal data — your profile, training schedule, nutrition details, habits, and todos — exclusively in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server or database operated by us.

AI messages

When you use the AI Coach, your messages and your profile context are sent to our own server-side route (/api/chat), which forwards them to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This route never logs or persists your messages. The Anthropic API key is stored only as a server environment variable and is never exposed to the browser.

Third-party services

The only third-party service used is Anthropic for AI responses. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle API request data.

Clearing your data

You can remove all stored data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage, or by using the reset option in the app settings.
