Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Life OS. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept the language plain — if something's unclear, email support@forgelifex.com.

Important: this is not medical advice

Life OS gives training, nutrition, and habit guidance — including AI-generated plans — for general fitness and self-improvement. It is not medical, clinical, or professional health advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new training or diet, especially if you have an injury or health condition. You use the guidance at your own risk.

Who we are

Life OS is operated by Forge Lifex, Sweden.

Who can use Life OS

You must be at least 18 years old to use Life OS.

Your account

You sign in with your email using a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can receive your code can access your account. Let us know promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

What Life OS does

Life OS profiles your goals and generates a personalized plan, then helps you run it day to day with a Daily Score, habits, a training week, progress tracking, and an AI coach. Features may change as we improve the product.

AI-generated content

Plans and coach replies are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) based on the information you provide. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as informed guidance, not a guarantee, and apply your own judgment — see the health disclaimer above.

Subscriptions & billing

The core app is free. Plus costs 99 kr/month or 790 kr/year.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime; your Plus access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
As an EU consumer you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Because Plus is digital content delivered immediately, this right may not apply once you start using the paid features — we'll always handle refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no unlawful use, and no use of the AI coach to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the information you put in; you grant us the permission needed to store and process it to run the service for you. You can delete everything any time from Profile → Reset everything.

Intellectual property

Life OS — its software, design, and content — belongs to us. These terms don't give you rights to copy or resell the product.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable but can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or produce specific results. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (including your statutory consumer rights).

Ending your use

You can stop using Life OS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Life OS means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
